Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description: Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to; Manage the company’s Business Management Systems which includes, Being the Management Representative for the ISO 9001:2008 Quality System, Supporting the Management Representative for the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System, Supporting the Management Representative for the OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Establish , Measure and Report the key Quality Objectives, Manage the Quality Department including Quality Engineers and Inspectors, through determining skill level, establishing training needs, adequacy of staff to meet the department needs, Coaching and Mentoring staff. Manage Quality functions including, Corrective Action Preventative Action Review, Material Review Board, Non-Conforming Product disposition and documentation, Final Inspection (AQL) In-Process auditing

Requirements will include Minimum 5 years of Quality Management experience preferably in a job shop manufacturing environment. (10 years preferred) Working knowledge of stationary and portable CMM’s. Familiarity with CMM programming. Experience in Metallurgy Strong team leadership skills and a record of delivering results.


Production Planner
Description

Job Description: Develop and maintain production schedules. Provide reliable commit dates from functional department heads to support customer orders. Ensure transactions on production work orders are being completed properly and correctly. Responsible for ensuring all labor and material transaction on work orders are being charged accurately and in a timely manner. Monitors production output and updates production plan accordingly. Communicates plan changes to relevant functions throughout the organization.


Quality Control Inspector – 2nd Shift
Description

Job Description: Inspect in-process, finished product, components and assemblies for accuracy and to verify adherence to engineering specifications. Candidate must be able to use Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gages, Portable CMM’s (FARO), fixed CMM’s, UT Gages. Successful candidate will be able to use Vernier measurement equipment and Pi tapes. Determine acceptance or rejection and record and notify manufacturing of test results and inspection data. Create CMM programs and inspection forms, as needed, per company policies and procedures. Perform quality audits to ensure processes, procedures and quality systems are being followed. Perform calibration on inspection hand tools. Read and interpret materials, such as work orders, inspection manuals and blueprints to determine inspection and test requirements. Initiate engineering change requests (ECR), corrective action requests (CAPA), and non-conforming material reports (NCMR).


Lathe Operator
Description

Job Description: The ideal candidate will have come from a high volume CNC machine shop environment and be able to set-up and operate Lathes, Mills or Spinning machines with a minimum of direct supervision. The machining department is comprised of approximately 30 CNC Lathes, Mills and Spinning machines including a fully automated robotic cell. The equipment is comprised primarily of Okuma’s and Mori Seiki’s. This individual must be a self-motivated, focused and organized team player. Production parts are primarily wheels and wheel components manufactured from aluminum.
